Cela, and I love every minute we spend foraging, trekking, and mapping meals all across the beautiful Province we call home.
As a girl I spent many summer days with my cousins, and neighbours playing in our very own playhouse, or “cobby house” as we called it.

Cela was about five months old at her first Calgary Stampede. Determined to sit on her own, and wear her Papa’s much-to-big cowboy hat she was the picture of joy in her Bumbo chair.
It’s been a busy week, and this mama needs to rest, relax, and rejuvenate. The kids are playing, and I have a few minutes to breath, eat the dark chocolate I’ve been craving, and collect my cartoon-voice-free-thoughts.
