After an amazing Food Trip to Alberta Bison Ranch, Cela and I were energized to get back in the GetJoyfull kitchen.

On our first GetJoyfull Adventure, my daughter Cela and I head out to the Alberta Bison Ranch in Mayerthrope to learn more about what goes into caring for these majestic beasts.

Growing up on the east coast I’ve always felt a strong connection to food. Everything thing was prepared with love, as a family, from fresh, local and sustainable ingredients.
